British engineering
The BSA B44
Victor was a legendary British single-cylinder motorcycle produced between 1966
and 1970, inspired by Jeff Smith’s motocross championship wins. It was offered
in several variants, including the Victor GP, Victor Enduro, and Victor Special,
each tailored for off-road or road use.
This example
looks fabulous with its vibrant yellow
tank with polished chrome side panels.
It was first
registered in the USA in April 1978, then being UK registered in April 1992, its
showing as four previous keepers, current since March 2013, featuring the 441cc
OHV four-stroke single producing up to 34 bhp in GP trim and weighing around 103
kg.
Oil-in-frame
design was utilized for lightweight performance, making them a favorite among
scramblers and off-road racers, with a cult following today.
The
paperwork includes the current V5C, seven old MOT certificates, brochures, copy
of original USA Certificate of Title, Guernsey Logbook and
Invoices.
Whether you're
into classic British engineering or just love the
rugged look of vintage dirt bikes, the B44 Victor is a
standout.
