Delivery is available Monday to Friday with a third party courier.
Brightwells can only arrange deliveries to a UK address. Deliveries overseas must be organised by the customer.
Delivery prices:
1–12 bottles: £25 + VAT
13-24 bottles: £37+ VAT
25-36 bottles: £49 + VAT
37-48 bottles: £61 + VAT
49-60 bottles: £73 + VAT
More than 60 bottles: £80 + VAT on a pallet.
For polysafe we charge an additional:
£9 + VAT per 6 bottle box
£12 + VAT per 12 bottle box
£20 + VAT per 3 magnum box
£9 + VAT per 1 magnum box
For very expensive wine deliveries, we will automatically charge the polysafe delivery rate on the invoice.
Where we deliver to:
- We can deliver anywhere in England / Scotland / Wales.
- We can deliver boxes via DHL to a private address in Northern Ireland, but not to a business address in Northern Ireland (New export laws)
- We cannot deliver pallets to Northern Ireland.
We can recommend Connoisseur International, Davies-Turner or Seabrooks for shipping overseas but we cannot arrange ourselves.
All deliveries are uninsured and at buyer’s own risk.

3. Collection of Wine
3.1 Brightwells do not themselves undertake the collection and delivery to or from the saleroom of any Lots but will instruct a third party courier to collect or deliver the Lots at the expense of the client.
3.2 The client understands that this is at their own risk and no claim for compensation can be made against Brightwells for loss or damage in transit.
