Description
Fully
rebuilt and uprated in 2007/8 for Land Rover magazine; thousands spent
on upgrades; go anywhere, do anything truck; massive spec list; crying out
for some proper Land Rover use
First registered in Ireland in
January 2004, this 110 spent the first few years of its life in a mine. In 2007
it was acquired by Land Rover magazine as a project and was then treated to an
extensive ‘no expense spared’ rebuild, including many upgrades.
Copies of
the ‘Project Land Rover’ article in the history folder give a full account of
the total transformation that took place, including photos at each stage of the
process. The last two photos on our website summarise the key points (use the
magnifying glass function to read them).
Coming with an MOT until
September 2025, this beast of a machine is ready for work or play and certainly
has all the bells and whistles to get you both in and out of sticky situations.
Showing just 88,000 miles on the clock, it has been running and driving nicely
on site.
Supplied with an appropriate BIG 4011 number plate, you
certainly couldn’t re-create this truck at the modest guide price
suggested.
