Supplied new by HA Fox of
Cheltenham in August 1998, this XK8 Convertible has had four owners from new,
the current since 2021. It has covered 104,828 miles to date and comes with an
excellent service history including 11 stamps in the book, the last only 20
miles ago in July 2026 (see photos).
There are also various bills
for additional upkeep, recent items of note including new timing chains, guides
and tensioners in July 2015 at 96,630 miles; fresh engine and gearbox oil and
filters in July 2019 at 100,699 miles; new rear shock absorber bushes and brake
pads in September 2023 at 104,285 miles; new radiator and gearbox oil cooler in
June 2026; air con re-gassed in July 2026.
Finished in striking Antigua
Blue with a magnolia hide interior, it has a navy blue electric soft top which
is in very good condition and functions as it should. Under the bonnet is
Jaguar’s celebrated AJ-V8 DOHC 4.0-litre 32-valve engine which produces 290bhp
and 277NM driving through a five-speed automatic gearbox which should make it
good for 0-60mph in 6.4 seconds with a top speed of
155mph.
Starting instantly and driving
nicely as we have moved it around on site, with no warning lights, it has an MOT
until July 2027 with no advisories recorded.
As you can see in
the photos, this eye-catching XK8 appears to be in excellent condition for its
year/mileage and is ready for a new owner to enjoy.
