Lotus Cortina: RS2000 engine with type 9 gearbox and single leaf suspension
setup
Owned
by the vendor for around 13 years but the modifications were made before
ownership.
The
vendor has stated the engine is from an RS2000 and is fitted with a Burton
cam-cover, but they are not sure if any tuning has been carried out in the
past.
Other
upgrades that have been carried out include, a single leaf suspension setup and
a type 9 gearbox five speed.
Runs
and drives, would benefit from a new battery to ensure easy
starting.
With
Lotus style dashboard and decals, this car pays great homage to the legendary
Lotus Cortina we all know and love.
