2005 Porsche 911 Carrera 2S (997)

Showing 87,260 miles; nine stamps in the book; being offered from a deceased estate

First delivered to Porsche Centre, Edinburgh on 1^st March 2005.

Still presented in its original Basalt black exterior and matching interior.

Equipped with the 3.8 S engine, automatic transmission, heated seats, cruise control and parking assist of course.

Documented service history, 9 stamps mostly with Porsche specialists from 2007 at 18,888 miles to 2018 with approx., 80,000 miles.

Owned by our vendor's son since 2015 (five previously recorded keepers), who has absolutely loved it apparently. Unfortunately, he has now passed away and the car has to be offered for sale.

There is a bundle of invoices on file showing maintenance from 2015 onwards by Porsche, Cambridge. This includes new floor mats (2015), renewals of both wishbones (2016), replaced front shock absorbers (2016), new catalytic converter (2017), replaced rear springs and generator (2019) and most recently in 2020 a new wing mirror cover (most likely done at the same time as the photographed damage to the front left corner); new Brembo brake pads at 85,029 miles; four new Pirelli tyres in 2021.

The current MOT expires on 21^st September 2022 with just a few advisories relating to some anti-roll bar wear and a minor rear oil leak.

Bidders are advised that there is currently a PASM fault code on the dash and there is a slight rattle from the exhaust, which seems to have been an intermittent issue that the owner has had regularly attended to over the years. The driver's door window is also not working although the electric motor is audible.
