1939 Wolseley 12/48 Saloon

Purchased through Brightwells five years ago direct from a wedding fleet, this charming Wolseley had been part of their stable and was in regular use until 2016.

It was recorded as a Category F (for fire) way back in 1990 so had been properly sorted at that point. Our vendor purchased it to carry on looking after brides and grooms and has continued to enjoy the car, although it didn't get much use over lockdown.

Since arrival it has been running and driving and displays a nice original interior and sound coachwork. The mechanics are simple and typical Wolseley quality touches abound.

It comes with a current V5C, a continuation logbook which shows it was living near Stourbridge in the 1970s, a copy manual and spare parts book. There are seven old MOTs on file, its most recent dating from 2011.
