1959 Jaguar Mk IX

No Reserve

Project car requiring restoration; good interior; largely complete; some work started; V5C; just needs lots of enthusiasm and a big garage

We can't tell you too much about this old Jag, but it appears to have last been taxed in 1981 so has been slumbering for well over 40 years.

It looks complete to us, although we haven't delved into all of the small parts im the boot and we can't see a radiator. The body is, as you can see, rather sad, but still repairable and the interior is basically quite good, including most of the wood.

An automatic, specified with red leather and a sunroof, it is a major project but one well worth saving. The car comes with a V5C.

We have not attempted to turn the engine, which looks complete with carbs and ancilliaries. On offer at No Reserve, it is here to be sold....
