Diminutive
Modern Classic, here in 53bhp Sporting form; showing just 64,009 miles and in
super order throughout
Supplied new in October 1997, this late model
Sporting was the zestier offering of the Cinquecento range and features the 1.1
SOHC 'Fire' engine also found in the Punto, which here, kicks out a
dizzying 53bhp, driving the front wheels through a 5-speed close ratio gearbox
on lower suspension, front anti-roll bar and cool 13inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the addition of a tachometer, grippier sports seats and red seat belts
complete the sportier atmosphere. 53bhp may make you scoff into your
cornflakes, but, its diminutive size and low weight gives it ample and enjoyable
performance darting through the traffic with aplomb, able to slot into tight
spaces with pizazz accompanied by a rorty engine note.

its 5 owners, the current a local, mature enthusiast and collector has
