The bike
displays 21,402 miles on the speedometer; showing just one owner from new; bike
been in storage for a few years; the MOT expired in January
2026
A classic example of Honda’s renowned
GL1500 Goldwing, offering smooth six-cylinder touring performance and
long-distance comfort. Finished in white with a black leather interior, this
substantial touring motorcycle has been in the same ownership for approximately
30 years, having had just one former keeper.
First registered in the UK on 9 August 1996, the bike displays 21,402
miles on the speedometer, which the vendor states to be correct. The MOT expired
in January 2026.
Accompanying the motorcycle are
the owner’s handbook, a small collection of invoices detailing some previous
work carried out, and the instruction booklet for an Aritronix alarm fitted at
some point during its life.
The Goldwing has been
in storage for several years, although we are advised that it has been started
regularly. A mild recommissioning is recommended before returning the motorcycle
to road use.
A potentially appealing example of
Honda’s flagship touring motorcycle, offered with a useful history file and
long-term ownership.
